TB-OP-FCRAM is a board that includes a Virtex-5 FPGA XC5VLX50-1FFG676C and a 256Mbit FCRAM,
and allows users who are developing SoCs to perform interface evaluations using FCRAM quickly.
In addition, the board can not only allow the standalone evaluation of FCRAM
but also large scale evaluation with using TED’s TB-5V-LX330-EX LSI prototype evaluation board.
As an accessory, this board also provides a reference design (VerilogHDL) of the FCRAM memory controller for DFI (DDR PHY Interface),
allowing easily implemented interface with FCRAM and seamless migration to customer’s system LSI.
