Tokyo Electron Device Limited Announces

to Distribute
inrevium™ Product Line of Xilinx Development Tools
Strategic Partnership Increases Availability of Application Specific

Yokohama-City, JAPAN — March 5, 2007 —
Tokyo Electron Device Limited (TED), a specialized
electronics trading company, and former division of Tokyo Electron
Limited; today announced a global partnership agreement with Nu Horizons
Electronics Corp to distribute TED’s inrevium™ brand line
of Xilinx development boards and IP products.
Tokyo Electron Device Limited has changed the face of the technical
trading industry by operating one of the largest design and development
centers in Japan, supporting commissioned design and development work.
In addition, TED has developed its own line of board and IP products
marketed under its inrevium™ brand. The inrevium™ brand
provides development tools focused on end applications and sub-system
design including display applications, high performance memory interfaces,
PCI Express, DVI, and embedded PowerPC.
