TE3450RPF implements features including
the "Motion Adaptive De-Interlace" feature that automatically
detects and corrects areas that are in motion by referencing the motions
of previous and next fields using a proprietary still/motion distinguishing
function, and the "Correct Diagonal Line Function" that
enables reproduction of smooth diagonal lines in images, altogether
realizing smooth high-quality progressive images.
